What to expect from Jamie Price’s 1-1 Personal training sessions & Packages?
With all 1-1 personal training packages you will receive a free consultation to get an understanding of your current fitness capabilities & any injuries you have that may impede you from adhering to any plans. After a detailed analysis you will receive a thorough expatiation on the correct step by step procedure to follow to achieve the goal we have set out upon.
From there our 1-1 training sessions will be specifically programmed and tailored to you, for you to achieve your goals at the quickest and safest way possible with scientifically proven training techniques & methods.
All my training packages come with a bespoke training plan and tailored nutrition plan to assist you outside of our 1-1 sessions, this will ensure that you are following the correct procedures to achieve your goals at the quickest and safest rate possible.
