Offseason Update
OFFSEASON UPDATE
I’m currently 3 years into an offseason phase after being on stage as a junior in September 2018.
I’ve recently started working with the coach Peter Hill to oversee this process and we have mapped out a plan to step back on stage again in September 2022!
Working with Peter has been amazing and we’ve definitely built a very good coaching relationship!
Peter & I both decided upon working with each other that a mini cut was in order to bring body fat levels back in to a respectable place as id been pushing my weight up for some time previously!
After completing that mini cut we decided to push the weight back up steadily and add more muscle tissue on to specific area where we felt like I needed it most.
I’m currently now in the mid point of pushing the weight back up, food is relatively high but definitely with room to increase the calories!
Bodyweight is currently sitting at 217lbs upon waking & its definitely the best physique i’ve ever had at this weight!
Body fat levels is by far the lowest its ever been at 217lbs & more progress is pending!
Huge improvements have already been made since I last stepped on stage but there’s still an abundance of time left within the time parameters that i’ve set myself to make even more progress!
Our Plan is to use that time to possibly have another 2/3 offseason pushes with a couple of minicuts in there when & if they are needed!
We plan on pushing the weight & food up even further in the coming weeks so that we can maximise this building phase & continue progressing in to next years competition!
My aim is to keep everyone updated on my offseason approach and use this platform as a blog running in to next years competition!
I’ll also be starting my own youtube channel and documenting my journey to the stage via video form!
