Before I began the 10 week challenge with Jamie, I felt very lost in the gym. I have spent years going to gym classes and not enjoying them. The gym was a daunting place for me – particularly the weights and machines. I always felt that the gym was ineffective as I wasn’t seeing results.
My 1-1 sessions with Jamie combined with his workout plans, helped me to gain confidence in the gym and thanks to him I’ve achieved incredible results. Jamie is very professional, knowledgeable and also a good laugh! He truly listens to your goals and tailors each plan to the individual. Each workout is challenging, but also enjoyable!
