Fat Loss Made Simple

Fat loss can be made very simple but is often over complicated In many instances but there are specific methods and a simple strategic approach that I take when a clients goal or my goal is fat loss.

I want you to think of each fat loss tool as a card in your hand and I DON’T want you to play all them cards at the same time. Firstly lets look at the tools at our disposal, there’s reducing calories, increasing cardio, increasing calorie expenditure through NEAT(Non exercise activity thermogenisis), adding in supplementation, utilising re feeds for metabolic benefits ect…

Now picture each one of those as a card in your hand, I want you to play one card a time. With each card you play you will see progress, and sometimes you can just enhance the card you play by simply adding more to it for example if you play the cardio card and progress starts stalling you can increase your cardio and you’ll start progressing again. Now play these cards wisely and bleed out every bit of progress within each of these cards before playing another one. You’ll soon find that you have a lot of tools at your disposal with the opportunity to increase the value of each card should you need to. Fat loss can be a very simple procedure if you apply these principles.

The key mistake I see with fat loss Is people play all their cards at once by starting with 2 hours of cardio eating 1000 calories and taking a million fat burners on day one. No doubt you will burn fat tissue very fast but when this progress stalls where do you go from this point? You have no cards left to play and you’ve played them all with the maximal volume which means you’ve dug yourself a hole you cant climb out of.

Don’t make this mistake, put yourself in a small caloric deficit, start with a small amount of cardio and increase your movements throughout the day and keep playing your cards each time your progress halts. Fat loss is never an enjoyable process but can be made a lot easier when you have some outlines and basic methods to adhere to. Playing one card at a time also makes adhering to this process easier as you will be making small lifestyle changes over a period of time which will seem achievable and easy to maintain.
